Faith Cares is a program that provides support for Faith members that are homebound either short term or long term. The Faith Cares team Faith makes regular visits to members in need to offer support, provide communion and the opportunity to share prayer together. Additionally, they help with running errands, providing transportation for doctor appointments and assist in other ways that let homebound members know that that they are still an important part of the Faith Lutheran family.
